Yes, I am currently available for selected freelance and B2B production projects.
I work directly with studios, manufacturers, Kickstarter creators, and private companies on commercial sculpting and production pipelines.
Yes. I work on both concept-driven and production-defined projects, from early ideation to final production-ready delivery.
I provide a complete production workflow for 3D sculpted assets.
Typical production workflow:
1. Brief & References
Client provides references, concept direction, scale requirements, and production goals. In many cases, a concise brief and a small set of reference images are sufficient to begin production planning and early concept development.
2. Concept, Blockout & Composition
Initial blocking and composition approval to establish proportions and spatial constraints.
3. Final Sculpt
High-poly sculpting and detailing in ZBrush based on approved direction.
4. Production Preparation
Final STL preparation (or other delivery format), multipart splitting and keying (if needed), and print optimization for manufacturing workflows.
2. Services & Technical
My expertise is focused on artistic sculpting and production-aware spatial design. My specialization is collectible sculpting, display pieces, figurines, stylized characters, creatures, toys, artistic props, accessories, and production-ready assets for 3D printing. Projects involving advanced mechanical engineering or industrial CAD workflows are outside the primary scope of work.
Production-ready deliverables may include: .STL, .OBJ, .FBX, .BLEND.
Additional formats can be discussed depending on pipeline requirements.
Primary production tools: ZBrush, Blender, 3D-Coat, professional slicing software.
Additional tools may be used depending on project and pipeline requirements.
3. Production & Delivery
Models are checked and optimized for both SLA and FDM workflows.
Production preparation includes watertight geometry verification and printability checks.
Delivery timelines depend on: project complexity, number of assets, production requirements, revision scope.
Rush delivery may be available depending on scheduling.
4. Pricing & Collaboration
Projects are typically priced on a fixed-fee basis depending on: sculpt complexity, detail level, number of parts, production requirements, delivery timeline.
Any additional iterations/revisions or scope changes may be billed separately and calculated based on hourly rates.
Yes, the first 2 iterations (for “Concept” and “Blockout & Composition” stages) are included.
Yes. I operate as a registered sole proprietor (JDG) based in Poland, EU, and provide invoices for both EU and international clients.
Yes, I provide professional invoices for all B2B transactions.
Since my business is registered in Poland, I can work with both EU-based companies (using VAT-EU) and international partners from outside the European Union.
Formal agreements are preferred for commercial projects to ensure clear scope, licensing terms, and production expectations.
5. Commercial Use, Licensing & Rights
Commercial printing rights for personal marketplace releases are available through active Patreon or Thangs commercial subscriptions.
Yes. I operate as an independent B2B contractor and offer flexible licensing models.
Yes. Extensive experience working under NDA and confidential production pipelines.
I strictly respect my clients’ privacy and intellectual property.
My public portfolio only features works where public display has been mutually agreed upon or foundational pieces that demonstrate my artistic level.
Crediting, public attribution, and portfolio visibility are discussed individually depending on project requirements and licensing terms.
