Frequently Asked Questions

 1. General & Workflow

Q: What services do you provide?
A: I specialize in high-detail 3D digital sculpting, characters and props modeling, and preparation of master models for 3D printing (SLA/FDM). I also provide a full pipeline for game development, including retopology, UV-mapping, and texturing.

Q: Are you currently accepting new projects?
A: Yes, I am available for new collaborations.
Following an extensive background as a Lead Creative 3D Artist for various studios and private companies, I am now operating under a direct B2B model as a registered private business to provide more efficient and personalized services to studios, private companies and manufacturers.

Q: Do you accept custom commissions?
A: Yes, I’m currently available for direct B2B partnerships and independent contracting. Whether you have a rough concept or a detailed brief, I can take your project from “Zero to Hero”.

Q: What is your creative process?
A: I focus on providing a turn-key solution for 3D sculpted assets. Here are the main steps:
1. Research & Conceptualization: I independently explore the theme to find the most iconic elements. A short description and a few key reference images from the client are usually enough for me to start the ideation process.
2. Drafting & Blocking: I create “moodboards” and basic 3D blocking to define the composition and spatial constraints.
3. Final Sculpting: I finalize the high-poly 3D sculpting in ZBrush based on the approved concept blocking, ensuring it meets the client’s requirements for the level of detail.
4. Production Files: I export and prepare finalized, ready-to-use STL mesh files optimized for 3D Printing and further production steps.

2. Services & Technical

Q: What is your specific area of expertise?
A: My expertise lies in the Art component and spatial integration. I ensure the sculpt fits perfectly within the required physical limitations provided by properly scaled dummy 3D objects, but I do not handle complex mechanical engineering.

Q: What file formats do you deliver?
A: I deliver production-ready .STL, .OBJ or/and .FBX, .BLEND files. If you need a specific format, please let me know in advance.

Q: What software do you use for your sculpting process?
A: My main tool is ZBrush (ZBrush 2022.0.8, perpetual license). For modeling, rendering, and technical tasks, I use Blender, but I am also familiar with 3ds Max, Maya, 3D-Coat, and many more. I also integrate AI pipelines, such as ComfyUI, with various AI models and workflows, as needed and if possible, to speed up the execution of certain routine and time-consuming tasks.

3. Production & Delivery

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of 3D models?
A: Every model I create is tested for both FDM and SLA printing. I ensure that all surfaces and details are production-ready, so you won’t face any technical issues during the printing process.

Q: How fast can you deliver a project?
A:It depends on the availability of clear descriptions and reference images, the complexity of the asset, and the number of revisions. For urgent projects, I offer an expedited turnaround option.

4. Pricing & Collaboration

Q: How do you structure your pricing?
A: Usually I work on a flat-fee basis per asset, based on its complexity and level of details. This provides you with budget certainty. I offer categories ranging from simple elements to complex scenes. Any additional iterations/revisions for projects are calculated based on hourly rates.

Q: Are revisions included in the price?

A: Yes, the first 2 iterations (for “Concept” and “Drafting & Blocking” stages) are included to ensure we get the “vibe” exactly right before I start the final sculpting and detailing.

Q: Is your business officially registered?

A: Yes.
I operate as a legally registered sole trader (JDG – Jednoosobowa Działalność Gospodarcza) based in Poland, EU. This allows me to provide official invoices and operate under a direct B2B model with clients worldwide.

Q: Can you provide invoices for your services?
A: Yes, I provide professional invoices for all B2B transactions. Since my business is registered in Poland, I can work with both EU-based companies (using VAT-EU) and international partners from outside the European Union.

Q: Do we need a formal contract to start working?
A: For small or one-time tasks, a clear brief and email confirmation are usually enough.
However, for large-scale projects or exclusive rights transfers, I prefer to sign a formal B2B contract to ensure both parties are legally protected.

5. Commercial Use, Licensing & Rights

Q: Can I use your personal 3D models listed for sale on marketplaces (Cults3D, Thangs, etc. ) for commercial purposes?
A: Standard commercial use is available through my active Patreon or Thangs subscription. This allows you to sell physical 3D prints of my personal 3d models while your subscription is active.

Q: Do you offer exclusive rights and white-label services?
A: Yes. I operate as an independent B2B contractor and offer flexible licensing models.

Q: Can you work on confidential projects?
A: Yes, I have a lot of experience with NDA projects.

Q: How do you handle NDAs and portfolio showcases?
A: I strictly respect my clients’ privacy and intellectual property. My public portfolio only features works where public display has been mutually agreed upon or foundational pieces that demonstrate my artistic level.

Q: Do you require public credit for your work?
A:It depends on the project’s specific needs and our licensing agreement. Under standard B2B contracts, I retain authorship credits to maintain a verified professional history. However, I understand that some brands require full exclusivity. In such cases, ‘white-label’ or ‘ghost sculpting’ terms can be negotiated to ensure complete anonymity and absolute proprietary ownership for the client. My goal is always to build direct, transparent relationships and find the best framework for your business before we start.
